RRID were involved in the development of 8 two-storey townhouses with a separate garage, each townhouse containing its own lift. The development was constructed progressively, and the subdivision plans were prepared in 4 stages to allow for the sale of each townhouse as it was completed. We were involved in this project from inception, and provided a range of our services, including:

• Detail and contour survey and plan of the site
• Liaising with architects
• Preparing planning submissions to council
• Setting out building and infrastructure locations
• Preparing strata (horizontal subdivision) plans
• Completing as-built surveys after construction
